Please read this agreement carefully before use. By using DoGo Power’s related websites, services, products (“Products”) or application programming interfaces (“APIs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use any website, service, or product.
While the products purchased by customers are in operation, customers may view the product’s operation status in the backend and conduct appropriate remote control to ensure optimal product efficiency. Customers may view information in their personal accounts and the operation status of all products connected to their personal accounts.
To better provide services, we may modify and adjust these Terms of Service from time to time and publish the updated agreement on the service site (“Websites”). Please visit the Sites frequently to check for relevant updates. Whenever you find these Terms (including any revised terms) unacceptable, you may stop using the Sites and services.
Your continued use of the Sites or services after we publish modifications on the Sites constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. If we make any material revisions or modifications to these Terms, the revised terms will be posted on the site for your acceptance or confirmation, and you may only continue to use the site or services after accepting or confirming such modifications.
In some cases, you may also remotely operate specific appliances connected to smart home products through the service. You understand that improper configurations of smart home products may damage your appliances or products, and DoGo Power shall not be liable for any such damage.
1. Access and Services
You may access our website services using a web browser.
You acknowledge that we are not obligated to notify you of any browser upgrades, fixes, or enhancements, nor to provide technical or other support for any browser. We shall not be liable for any loss of data transmitted over computer networks or telecommunications facilities (including, but not limited to, the Internet). We do not endorse any specific browser software.
In addition to the provisions of these Terms, your use of any browser may also be subject to the browser licensor's license agreement, and you are solely responsible for complying with such terms.
Furthermore, you are responsible for obtaining Internet services through your own Internet Service Provider (ISP) and paying all fees charged by that provider and any related communication service providers.
You acknowledge that using open networks such as the Internet involves certain risks related to security, damage, transmission errors, and access availability, and you hereby expressly assume such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that you have independently assessed whether the Internet is suitable as a mechanism for obtaining information and issuing instructions for your convenience in using the services, and you are satisfied with that assessment. We are not responsible for Internet access services, nor do we assume any risks related to Internet use.
2. Equipment Installation and Operation
You are responsible for obtaining all communication equipment, computer equipment (“Equipment”) and services necessary for your access to the Services, in accordance with:
(i) the Equipment manufacturer’s requirements;
(ii) other product-related documents we provide to you from time to time.
You shall bear the costs of the Equipment and be responsible for its installation, maintenance, and operation. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all costs incurred in communication related to the Products and Services.
We are not liable for any errors or problems arising from malfunctions or failures of your Equipment or any communication services you receive.
In these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that DoGo Power or its agents will retain specific system and network diagnostic and maintenance tools (“Support Tools”) to provide remote support and maintenance (“Remote Support”) for your Products. The Support Tools are and shall remain the exclusive property of DoGo Power.
Furthermore, you authorize DoGo Power to use the Support Tools and Remote Support to remotely install software, configure patches, and perform product updates and upgrades for your Products as appropriate. DoGo Power may also use the Support Tools and Remote Support to transmit product performance information to DoGo Power.
Device networking is an important guarantee for secure use. If your Device is not used for an extended period (e.g., the Device is offline for a long time or not connected to DoGo Cloud), the system will send an alert via application or email. If no confirmation is received, the device will automatically shut down for safety reasons.
3. Intellectual Property
DoGo Power owns the intellectual property rights to the relevant websites and applications, and grants you a non‑exclusive, limited, revocable, and non‑transferable right to access and use the services solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to authorized use of the products.
You agree not to use the services for any other purpose (including but not limited to commercial purposes), and you may not, directly or indirectly, participate in any co‑branding, framing, linking, or resale of any part of the site or services without our prior written consent.
All text, images, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, and computer code contained on this website (collectively, the “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, arrangement, expression, appearance, style, and layout of such Content, are owned, controlled, or licensed by DoGo Power, and are protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Unless expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of this website or any content thereof may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for commercial enterprise, without the express prior written consent of DoGo Power.
You may use information about DoGo Power products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) intentionally provided by DoGo Power and available exclusively for download from the website, provided that you:
(1) do not remove any proprietary notices from any copy of such documents;
(2) use such information only for personal, non‑commercial informational purposes, and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it on any medium;
(3) do not modify any such information;
(4) make no additional representations or warranties regarding such documents.
4. Information Collection and Use
Our products and services collect the following information:
- Setup information you provide, such as your home address, postal code, the size of the energy storage system you are installing, and any third‑party products connected to your account;
- Environmental data provided by multiple sensors built into or connected to our products or third‑party products, such as temperature, configuration of smart home products and appliances;
- Energy production and storage (if your system is connected to a battery);
- Energy consumption (if you have an electricity meter, your energy consumption will be automatically added to the feature displayed on your monitoring platform);
- Product technical information, such as software or firmware version, system alarms, etc.
By using our portal and clicking to accept the terms therein, you agree to the collection, display, and processing of the data collected therein, including your energy consumption data.
You acknowledge, accept, and hereby expressly agree that DoGo Power may collect and use information in accordance with DoGo Power's Privacy Policy.
DoGo Power may allow third‑party partners (“Third‑Party Partners”) who supply additional products (such as batteries or smart home products) connected to DoGo Power products to access information, including certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) within the Service.
Such third‑party partners shall be bound by confidentiality obligations in accordance with applicable privacy laws and shall not disclose such information to other third parties at their own discretion without the consent of DoGo Power or any other person.
You acknowledge and agree that you expressly authorize DoGo Power to provide your personal information to third‑party partners.
DoGo Power makes no representations or warranties regarding the security of any third‑party products or services (“Third‑Party Products”). Accordingly, DoGo Power shall not be liable for:
- your use of any Third‑Party Products or outputs;
- any personal injury, property damage (including but not limited to your or your clients’ homes);
- any other injury or loss arising out of or related to your use of any Third‑Party Product outputs.

5. Notification

By using any new or modified features that have been released, you agree to abide by the rules governing those features.
You agree that DoGo Power may from time to time update your device and its software version remotely without prior notice to you.
7. No Guarantee
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by law to apply different standards, DoGo Power shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or energy) arising out of or related to:
- the use or inability to use the product or service, or any malfunction of the product or service;
- the actions or omissions of third‑party partners, including but not limited to third‑party content, access to or use of the service;
- malfunctions of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone malfunctions, or other interconnection problems;
- vulnerabilities, errors, viruses, Trojans, configuration problems, or computer hardware and software incompatibility;
- internet connection failure or unavailability;
- problems with the internet service provider;
- problems or delays in intermediate computer or communication networks or facilities;
- problems with data transmission facilities;
- any other problems you encounter for reasons beyond our control.
DoGo Power shall not be liable for errors in the site or service (including inaccurate or missing service data measurements), or for any product malfunctions or detection errors that the service fails to detect.
Unless expressly provided otherwise in any applicable agreement, you understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk, and that the Service and all information, products, and other content (including third‑party information, outputs, products, and content) contained in or accessible from the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”.

The Customer acknowledges that the Site and Services may be suspended for reasons beyond DoGo Power's control.
We will provide you with 90 days’ written notice before terminating the Services; however, no notice will be given in the event of termination of the Site or Services due to:
- your cessation of use of the Products;
- your failure to fulfill payment obligations or other product‑related obligations;
- your breach of these Terms or other terms we provide to you;
- the seller of the products you purchased (including any payment agreements).
All liabilities and obligations incurred by the parties prior to the termination date shall continue in full force and effect after the termination of these Terms.
10. Indemnification
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in using the Site and Services, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our senior officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise from or be caused to us by:

If any username or password we provide to you is received by you as a representative of a registered customer of the service, you may not retain that username or password after your relationship with that customer terminates.
You agree to notify us immediately if the person who knows the password leaves the entity to which the password was assigned.
12. Open Source Software
The specific independent code incorporated into the software under these Terms is subject to various open‑source or free software licenses (“Open Source Software”).
Open Source Software may be updated from time to time by posting on the DoGo Power website or by notifying you, and is licensed under the terms of the applicable end‑user license.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit your rights under the applicable end‑user license for such Open Source Software, nor grant you any rights in lieu of such license.
The terms of this Agreement (except for the disclaimers and limitations of liability) do not apply to Open Source Software.
You also agree that your use of any Free Open Source Software (“FOSS”) will not subject the non‑FOSS portions of the software to any Open Source Software license terms or obligations.
Free Open Source Software means software subject to certain terms that, as a condition of use, copying, modification, or redistribution, require the software and/or its derivatives to be disclosed or distributed in source code form, licensed to create derivative works, or redistributed free of charge, including but not limited to software distributed under the GNU General Public License, Affero GPL, or Lesser/Library GPL.

If you are accessing this site from another jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any local laws relating to your access to and use of this site.
No waiver shall be deemed a waiver of any right or remedy under these Terms unless we have signed a written waiver.
